3 seconds, 5 days, 7 years: From Taipei Arts Festival to Weiwuying

A sharing session of Keng’s experience as the director of the Taipei Arts Festival from 2012 to 2017, where he has successfully facilitated international collaborations and co-productions. Keng believes that arts festivals are about building friendships, ones among artists, between artists and cities, and between artists and audiences. In this discussion he will talk about his programming philosophy and what he expects of the future for the arts. He also wishes to speak and connect further with Malaysian artists.
