• Taiwanese director, screenwriter and actress
• She was trained under Taiwanese master directors Hou Hsiao-hsien, Flowers of Shanghai(1998) and Edward Yang, Yi Yi(2000) , worked as assistant director .
• Short film Hopscotch(2007) awarded for Best Short Film at the 45th Golden Horse Awards(2007) and selected film for Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival(2008)
• Documentary Film Let the Wind Carry Me(2009) was awarded Taipei Film Festival TAIPEI AWARDS-Grand Prize(2010) and Golden Horse Film Awards-Nominated for Best Documentary & Outstanding Taiwanese Film of The Year(2009)
• Feature Film The Furthest End Awaits(2014) is the winner of International New Talent Competition Audience Awards in Taipei Film Festival

A Life in Film

Chiang plays her first directed short film Hopscotch(2007) and shares her wide range of film experiences both on and behind the screen to Malaysia filmmaker and local cinephile. The sharing is divided into parts:
