How Are We Different: A Comparison of The Taiwanese And Malaysian Comics Industry

The present age is an age of flourishing visual media: comics as an art form has risen in ranks to be among the mainstream, attracting many of the younger generation to the industry. The guest speakers will discuss their experiences as comic artists in Taiwan and compare their creative work in the genres of shoujo and shounen comics, hoping also to serve as a point of reference for comic-making in Malaysia.
