Held during the month of the highest rain fall, nature creeps in to the venue Kongsi KL as rain falls within its confined spaces. Its deep route of industry is reinterpreted, aged with water and sand, where the self and the infinite can be reflected.
‘Impermanence’ is a collaborative performative piece of sound, movement, and spatial design. Using elements such as water, earth and fire, a contemplative space is created within the remains of industry. Similarly to many rituals in faith, these elements are symbolic and it is where the body ponders to reclaim and nourish their spirit.
